I haven't done an entry lately, but i have some good news. I have had 1 donut at work in four days. I no longer eat the free pizza that is brought to us from pizza pizza. When I ate the donut this morning I got slight pains in my stomach, later on after I had the donut, I decided that I wanted a cheese croissant. I know I shouldn't have but they were fresh out of the over and still warm. After I ate it, that little pain in my stomach, actually more like cramps got worse.
So I am not having either one any more, tonight was the last night. I am tired of how I feel after I eat that crap. And you know thats exactly what it is.
So I am going to be on this diet 100%. Starting tomorrow, I am giving my all to this way of life. I also found a gym for real cheap to. And am going to see about joining it , it is 35 dollars for one month. And then 10 dollars for your card. It's close to home.
Within walking distance, this will be my treat to myself, I know that if I pay for this membership that I will use it because I won't want to waist it.
My start weight for the next two weeks, which is my challenge to stay on this diet is 125lbs. my goal will be to lose 5lbs of the 10lbs that I have to lose.
Here's keeping my fingers crossed that I can do this. I need to do this so that I will feel better.
