Today I am starting Atkins and Weigh Watchers over for the final time. If I cannot keep up with doing Atkins then I will contiune with Weight Watchers. It has worked for me in the past and has helped me to lose 30lbs. But I will accomplish what I want to do with Atkins and Weight watchers both. I will not only porve to myself that I can do this but to others who are in doubt of me that I can not.
